This e-commerce system has been integrated with Subiekt GT ERP, so as the lover of sportswear could always buy available products. Moreover, a Bank Transfer Import Module has been implemented. After uploading the current bank statement, the status of the new orders is changed automatically into: paid. Orders are then passed to be prepared and sent to the customer.
Another functionality, which support efficient and economic logistics of the company, is Warehouse Module. When the company has several warehouses, it allows to choose the one, in which orders are to be executed for the particular customer. This solution facilitates the efficient transfer of goods within the warehouse, which makes the offer more attractive. It also allows to give a customer a real time information about the delivery time.
A functionality that decreases a number of not collected orders
Sometimes the customer frequently buys products in online store, but all attempts to deliver those products end up in a fiasco. Not only the company does not finalize the transaction, but also it bears the costs of delivery. This is the cause of the, so called, logistics costs. A solution, which helps to capture the customers who notoriously fail to collect purchased goods, is Blacklist Module.
